HOME HEALTH provides a full array of services working together to help you heal at home. Home Care services are coordinated with and prescribed by Medicare, Medicaid, and individual or group insurance plans. Home Health accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
Qualified staff provide nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapies, In-home aid, and medical social work services to patients of all ages. The staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, providing home visits that follow a therapeutic treatment designed for the patient.
HOSPICE provides care to patients with terminal illness and helps them and their families cope in familiar surroundings. The staff concentrates on relieving pain and other symptoms that often accompany a terminal illness. Physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support are provided to the patient and family.
COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMS (CAP) are available for disabled adults and children. This service provides medical care assistance to families in keeping loved ones at home through social intervention, personal care, and light housekeeping.
PERSONAL CARE / PRIVATE DUTY SERVICES assist individuals with personal care, ambulation, meal preparation, medical monitoring, and light housekeeping.
